FDIC Guarantee Program Extension Moves To Full Senate Vote

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 4:23 PM EST) -- A bill that would extend for an additional two years a Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. program that provides unlimited insurance for transaction accounts containing more than $250,000 cleared a key procedural vote in the U.S. Senate on Tuesday, moving the measure one step closer to an up or down vote.
