Fed. Circ. Revives Nissim's Claim In DVD Filter Patent Deal

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 6:18 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday revived Nissim Corp.'s claim that ClearPlay Inc. has failed to abide by a settlement resolving patent infringement allegations against ClearPlay over its DVD content filters, finding that a trial court improperly cast aside the bulk of the filters at issue in the dispute.
