GSA Awards $318M Contract For LA Federal Court Project

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 4:19 PM EST) -- The U.S. General Services Administration on Monday awarded Clark Construction Group LLC a $318 million design-build contract for a new courthouse in Los Angeles, the most significant development in the agency’s decadelong attempt to redevelop the Central District of California courthouse.

The 550,000-square-foot building at 107 S.
