Utah Gov. Urges Obama To OK State's Insurance Exchange

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 1:40 PM EST) -- Utah's governor on Tuesday urged President Barack Obama to order federal health officials to approve the state's existing health insurance exchange, three days before states must declare whether they will set up their own exchanges, a key requirement of the Affordable Care Act.
