Chrysler Sued By Vehicle Customizer Over 'Moab' Trademark

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 8:12 PM EST) -- Chrysler Group LLC faces a trademark infringement suit in Arizona federal court after Moab Industries LLC, a Prescott outfit that customizes off-road motor vehicles, accused the automaker Friday of running over its brand name with its new Moab Edition Jeep Wrangler.
