GOP Health Chairman Pitches Major Medicare Reforms

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 3:40 PM EST) -- The outgoing chairman of a House panel overseeing Medicare introduced a bill Tuesday that would make major changes to the program including a premium support option and incentives for people to delay enrolling, and would also repeal the much maligned Independent Payment Advisory Board.
