Paul Hastings Clawback Case Stays In Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 7:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday refused Paul Hastings LLP's request that he hear a dispute now in bankruptcy court over work the law firm allegedly took from now-bankrupt Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP as it collapsed.

U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer, who already had denied a similar request from Paul Hastings, said his thinking on the issue has not changed and ordered the case kept in bankruptcy court.
