Ex-Skadden Atty Claims Ethics Breaches In New Firing Suit

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 1:33 PM EST) -- A former Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP attorney who unsuccessfully accused the firm of wrongful termination reprised her claims Wednesday, filing a new suit that claims two Skadden partners violated ethics rules to help the firm beat her previous case.
