Long-Term Wind Credit Extension Is Needed, Trade Group Says

Law360, Washington (December 13, 2012, 6:26 PM EST) -- A wind energy industry group urged U.S. Senate and House of Representatives leaders on Wednesday to extend a popular wind energy production tax incentive in the lame duck session, saying the domestic industry will otherwise face significant layoffs and supply chain disruption.
