Ryanair Loses Bid To Block UK Probe Of Aer Lingus Stake

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 7:36 PM EST) -- A U.K. regulator will continue investigating the potential antitrust implications of Ryanair Holdings PLC's minority stake in Aer Lingus Group PLC after a U.K. court found the probe doesn't overlap a separate investigation into Ryanair's $907 million attempt to buy its rival outright, the reluctant acquisition said Thursday.
