Ogletree Settles Billing Dispute With Ariz. County

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 10:00 PM EST) -- Arizona's Maricopa County on Wednesday reportedly settled its dispute with Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC over 300 billing errors the law firm allegedly made while doing contract work for the city.

The county's board of supervisors voted to settle its long-running battle with the employment boutique over $1.1 million in disputed legal fees, according to a report by the Arizona Republic.
