Judge Bounces Some Fraud Claims In Mirapex MDL

Law360, New York (November 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation involving Mirapex has ruled that the group has not sufficiently proved all of the fraud claims alleged in their product liability case.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge James Rosenbaum bounced part of the fraud claims contained in an estimated 119 complaints after deciding that both sides fell short of what was required by pleading standards.
