Putin Says Trade Bill Could Strain US-Russian Relations

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday blasted a recently passed U.S. trade bill that would sanction Russian officials linked to human rights abuses, saying it needlessly threatens the relationship between the United States and Russia.
