ACA Contraception Rule Brings Lawsuit Risk, DC Circ. Told

Law360, Washington (December 14, 2012, 3:59 PM EST) -- Two religious colleges pushed a D.C. Circuit panel Friday to reinstate their challenge to the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate, saying the U.S. government's assertions that it will revise the policy may be empty promises and that the colleges face a growing threat of discrimination lawsuits because of the statute.
