Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 6:38 PM EST) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday upheld the conviction of a former Massey Energy Co. security chief for obstructing a federal probe into an April 2010 mining disaster, finding that the district court was correct in denying his requests for a new trial and to suppress certain evidence.
