O'Quinn Law Firm Botched Silica Exposure MDL, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 1:56 PM EST) -- The O'Quinn Law Firm was hit with another suit Friday accusing the Texas firm of overcharging clients and mishandling their multidistrict litigation over occupational silica exposure, including claims it overlooked potential errors in medical diagnoses in order to increase the number of plaintiffs.
