GOP Lawmakers Keep Up Pressure In ACA Subsidy Probe

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 5:48 PM EST) -- Three Republican congressmen demanded more information from the U.S. Department of the Treasury on its deliberations while finalizing a rule to offer premium tax credits for insurance purchased on exchanges, saying Monday that the rule amounted to an “illegal Obamacare expansion.”
