Husky, CPC Join To Explore Taiwan Energy Opportunities

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:23 PM EST) -- Publicly held Canadian oil and gas company Husky Energy Inc. has agreed to form a joint venture with Taiwan state-owned energy company CPC Corp. to explore potential offshore oil and gas opportunities in the Taiwan Strait, a Husky spokesman confirmed Tuesday.
