Texas No Longer ‘Judicial Hellhole,’ Tort Reform Group Says

Law360, Houston (December 18, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- A June decision by Texas’ highest court limiting liability of drug manufacturers in product defect suits was lauded Thursday by the American Tort Reform Association as a high point for a state that was once targeted in the group’s annual report on purported lawsuit abuse.
