EU Seeks More Efficient Responses To Illegal Trade Activity

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 3:26 PM EST) -- The European Commission on Tuesday announced a proposal for updated regulations that would allow it to more efficiently protect itself against and respond to what it perceives to be illegal trade activity by other countries, saving sanctions for the most extreme situations.
