USPTO Finalizes 'Micro Entity' Patent Procedures Under AIA

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:33 PM EST) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday released its final rule implementing revised procedures for micro entities under the America Invents Act, but is still in the process of setting patent fees for micro entities at a 75 percent discount.
