Millenium Lumber Can't Shake $2M Export Permit Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 9:06 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade rejected a bid from Millenium Lumber Distribution Co. Ltd. Tuesday to dismiss a $1.8 million government lawsuit against it and XL Specialty Insurance Co. over its alleged failure to provide export permits for softwood lumber products from Canada.
