AES Eastern Ch. 11 Plan Shirks Enviro Duties, Utility Says

Law360, Wilmington (December 19, 2012, 2:19 PM EST) -- A New York utility blasted bankrupt AES Eastern Energy LP's Chapter 11 liquidation plan Tuesday, saying the proposal would provide the debtor with a quick out from its environmental responsibilities while leaving tens of millions of dollars in long-term obligations in uncertain hands.
