Ex-Bolthouse Workers Sue For Piece Of $1.5B Campbell Deal

Bolthouse Farms Inc. and its former private equity managers cheated three employees out of their interests in the food company two years before it was sold to Campbell Soup Co. for $1.5 billion, according to a lawsuit filed in Delaware state court on Tuesday.
