Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 5:40 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a district court jury verdict finding former Delphi Corp. executive Paul Free liable for fraud and bookkeeping errors in the Securities and Exchange Commission's suit against the Michigan-based automotive company for allegedly mischaracterizing hundreds of millions of dollars in warranty claims and sales transactions.
