UPMC Accused Of Union-Busting Policies

Law360, Philadelphia (December 20, 2012, 6:17 PM EST) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center was hit with a complaint by the National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday alleging the western Pennsylvania health system had infringed on the rights of its unionized maintenance and service employees to organize and promote their activities.
