FTC To Tackle Mergers, Healthcare, VoIP In 08

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Federal Trade Commission will undertake new initiatives in 2008 relating to merger review, new health care models and the transition of telephone services to Voice Over Internet Protocol, according to a speech made by FTC Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras at an American Bar Association antitrust conference.
