Ky. AG Can't Escape Merck Outside Counsel Case

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 3:41 PM EST) -- Kentucky's attorney general can't keep out of federal court Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp.'s lawsuit, which aims to bar the attorney general from hiring outside counsel to help prosecute the drugmaker in a state court case, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
