Cozen Says Judge Misapplied Philly Campaign Finance Law

Law360, Philadelphia (December 20, 2012, 5:12 PM EST) -- The saga over $500,000 in legal work performed for U.S. Rep. Bob Brady during his unsuccessful Philadelphia mayoral bid in 2007 continued Monday as Cozen O'Connor asked a Pennsylvania appeals court to overthrow a ruling that city campaign finance laws prevented the firm from retiring the debt.
