EPA Issues CAA Rules For Industrial Boilers

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 6:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday finalized new Clean Air Act regulations for boilers, drawing scorn from manufacturers and cheers from environmentalists even as the agency said it had significantly curtailed the standards to minimize compliance costs.
