Morgan Lewis, Nonprofit Sued Over Sham Criminal Charges

Law360, Philadelphia (December 21, 2012, 4:54 PM EST) -- A former employee of a Philadelphia nonprofit organization sued Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and the organization in state court on Thursday, alleging that the parties had caused criminal charges, which had previously been rejected, to be reinstated against him so they could avoid liability in a retaliatory civil suit.
