DOJ Won't Block Nuclear Plant Alliance Joint Purchase Plan

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 2:44 PM EST) -- The Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday that it won't block a plan between seven nuclear power plant operators to jointly purchase certain goods and services, concluding that it won't harm competition in those markets or in downstream electricity markets.
