DC Circ. Asked To Sink Offshore Lease Program Challenge

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 12:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. oil and gas industry on Monday urged the D.C. Circuit to deep-six an environmental advocacy group's challenge to the Obama administration’s five-year offshore oil and gas leasing program, arguing the group doesn't have standing to bring suit.
