Economist Set To Head Treasury's Financial Research Office

Law360, Washington (January 2, 2013, 5:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate has confirmed the former chief U.S. economist for Morgan Stanley as the first director of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Financial Research more than two years after the office was established, the agency announced Wednesday.
