Rambus Doc Shredding In IP Row 'The Worst Type,' Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 2:52 PM EST) -- A Delaware federal judge said Wednesday that Rambus Inc.'s destruction of evidence in its patent infringement row with Micron Technology Inc. was intentional and widespread, and that her penalty — banning Rambus from enforcing 12 of its semiconductor patents  — was drastic but justified.
