Greenberg Tries To Dodge Malpractice Suit Over Patent Appeal

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 2:59 PM EST) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP urged a Colorado federal judge on Wednesday to dismiss Wyers Products Group Inc.'s malpractice suit alleging it wasn't advised on the riskiness of rejecting a settlement in a patent case the company lost on appeal, arguing the firm can't be held liable for its actions during confidential mediations.
