Medtronic Stole Heart Surgery Device IP, Patent Holder Says

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 5:17 PM EST) -- A Medtronic Inc. stabilization device used in heart surgery infringes a patent that was shared with Medtronic prior to the dissolution of a business deal between the medical device giant and the patent's developer, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Florida federal court.
