Millenium Lumber, Insurer Must Pay $1.8M In Export Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 5:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday ordered Millenium Lumber Distribution Co. Ltd. and XL Specialty Insurance Co. to pay $1.8 million to the government, finding the companies breached the terms of customs bonds used to secure shipments of lumber from Canada.
