Insurers Prevail In 11th Circ. Chinese Drywall Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 5:21 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday upheld a lower court’s ruling that Granite State Insurance Co. and New Hampshire Insurance Co. have no duty to defend KB Home Inc. and American Building Materials Inc. in litigation over defective Chinese drywall, finding that pollution exclusions in the policies apply.
