ITC Probing Ericsson's IP Claims Against Samsung Devices

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 6:58 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday that it would probe Ericsson Inc.'s claims that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. violated U.S. trade law by selling or importing smartphones, televisions and tablet computers that allegedly infringe numerous Ericsson patents.
