Union Targets Boeing Over Protest Surveillance

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 4:14 PM EST) -- An airplane-engineers' union hit The Boeing Co. with new unfair-labor claims Wednesday, accusing it of illegally photographing union workers picketing at a factory in Washington state.

The claims filed with the National Labor Relations Board by the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, IFPTE Local 2001, accuse the aerospace giant of snapping photos of workers demonstrating inside and outside the Everett, Wash., factory on Dec. 12.
