Patton Boggs Renews DC Office Lease, Plans Renovation

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 4:17 PM EST) -- Patton Boggs LLP will stay at its current home in Washington, D.C.'s West End business district and plans to overhaul the spaces in a multi-phase renovation after signing off on a new long-term lease, the law firm announced Thursday.

Inking a 15-year renewal, the firm will continue as the sole tenant of the 206,000-square-foot building at 2550 M St. But it also plans to collaborate with owner Tishman Speyer Properties to upgrade the space to add more offices and communal work zones, as well as update the building's technology and bring in more natural light, the firm said.
