Nat'l Union Owed Amway Coverage In Antitrust Dispute: Judge

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 7:26 PM EST) -- A Michigan judge on Thursday ruled that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pennsylvania breached its obligation to defend Amway Corp. in a long-running antitrust suit accusing it of unfairly restricting competition among the individual contractors that distribute its products.

Judge Paul L.
