Christian Guidance Counselor Loses Appeal

Law360 (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A school guidance counselor who was fired for preaching abstinence over safe sex has failed in her bid to overturn a summary dismissal of her religious bias suit, with an appeals court ruling the school acted in accordance with the Constitution.
