Class Action Waiver Strike Upheld In DRC Suit

Law360 (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has upheld a lower court’s ruling that struck a class action waiver on grounds of unconscionability under state and federal law in a case brought by two former managers against technology services firm Dynamics Research Corp.
