White House Pressed To Approve Doc Payment Sunshine Rule

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 5:27 PM EST) -- Two physician groups on Thursday urged the White House to approve a final rule requiring drug and medical-device makers to disclose payments to doctors, a rule mandated by the Affordable Care Act that was supposed to be finalized by October 2011.
