Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 7:45 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Monday signed off on Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s disclosure statement after the fallen firm was told to iron out confusing language regarding the protection against liability of partners who agree to contribute back compensation.
