National Union Says Essex Owes Costs Of Miner Injury Suits

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 4:37 PM EST) -- National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., and another insurer sued Essex Insurance Co. in Pennsylvania federal court Monday, alleging Essex has failed to pay its share of the costs they incurred while defending a mining contractor against a series of personal injury lawsuits.
