Ecuadoreans Can't Seek Review Of Chevron Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 3:03 PM EST) -- The New York federal judge hearing Chevron Corp.'s racketeering suit over a $19.2 billion pollution judgment rejected a bid Monday by the Ecuadorean plaintiffs for appellate review of a recent ruling on third-party fraud claims, dismissing it as an “academic exercise.”
