CVS-Sold Fish Toy Uses Stolen Trade Secrets, ITC Hears

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 6:30 PM EST) -- Robotics company Innovation First International Inc. told the U.S. International Trade Commission Friday that a CVS Caremark Corp. unit is importing and selling robotic toys designed by a third company, which is allegedly relying on trade secrets stolen by a former IFI employee.
